THE BOOK OF 1 SAMUEL (CO-ED)
Sundays, March-May, 9-9:45 a.m.

Leaders:
Bill Crumbaugh, Andrew Jones, and Jason Jordan

On the heels of our class on the biblical book of Ruth, beginning in March and running through May, we plan to continue into and through 1 Samuel, focusing on God’s sovereignty in the midst of Israel’s disarray (1 Samuel 1-7), Saul’s kingship (1 Samuel 8-15) and decline, all leading into David’s rise as monarch and God’s covenant with him (1 Samuel 16-2 Samuel 4). A guiding text for our 1 Samuel study is 1 Samuel for You: For Reading, for Feeding, for Leading by Tim Chester.

JESUS, WHAT A SAVIOR! (CHILDREN AGES 4-10)
Sundays, 9-9:45 a.m.

Leaders:
Megan Dunham and Chelsea Klunick

Our combined children’s discipleship class uses the curriculum Jesus, What a Savior! from Truth78.org. The goal of this resource is to help children understand that “they (like us) are helpless sinners, deserving of God’s eternal wrath. Children need to hear this truth so that they (like us) can turn to the perfect and only remedy - the free gift of salvation through Jesus the Savior.”

Parents are invited to check out the parent app (GIFT - Growing in Faith Together), where you can get the full parent content for $1.99 for follow-up at home.
